This bungalow with small dormer has been transformed by adding a second story into the roof, the use of dormer windows compliments the existing architectural features maintained. The new gable end on the front elevation creates a sense of presence, in line with the rest of the heavily developed streetscape. Finally re-rendering the home seamlessly brought the old and new together harmoniously.
