Originally a mock Tudor detached three-bedroom house. We secured permission to convert this into a four double bedroom, two-bathroom family home. By adding a large ground floor extension to the rear, we created a spacious, open plan kitchen/living room area, dual aspect considering all angles of the garden. In addition to the downstairs extension, we were able to accommodate a utility, shower room and substantial study/bedroom.
